Historic Win for India! Maisnam David Singh Crowned Mister Heritage 2026 Grand Winner in Manila, Philippines

India has once again created history on the international pageant stage as Maisnam David Singh from Manipur was crowned Mister Heritage 2026 Grand Winner at the prestigious competition held in Manila, Philippines. With this remarkable achievement, India continues its dominant legacy at Mister Heritage International, after previously winning the title in 2024.

Maisnam David Singh’s journey to international glory is truly inspiring. Before winning the global title, David first made headlines in Manipur by becoming the 1st Runner-Up of Rubaru Mister Manipur. Impressed by his personality, confidence, and potential, the Rubaru Mr. India Organisation selected and officially sent him to represent India internationally at Mister Heritage International 2026.

David later went on to become the Grand Winner of Rubaru Mr. India Heritage 2026, earning the honour of carrying the Indian flag on one of the world’s biggest heritage and cultural pageant platforms.

His victory marks a historic milestone for both Manipur and India. Notably, David has become the first contestant from the Rubaru Manipur state pageant to receive a direct international opportunity through a wildcard selection and win an international title for India.

Hailing from Imphal, Manipur, David comes from a humble background and has overcome financial struggles and life challenges through determination and self-belief. A model, aspiring entrepreneur, and content creator, he is known for his strong communication skills, public speaking confidence, and charismatic stage presence.

Interestingly, Manipur continues to play a major role in India’s success at Mister Heritage International. The first-ever Indian representative at Mister Heritage International was also from Manipur - Banner Lanamai James. After winning the international crown in 2024 and reclaiming it again in 2026, India has now achieved a historic “Sandwich Victory”, becoming the only country to achieve this unique record while also holding the maximum number of international subtitles in the competition’s history.
